Pastured Pork

In 2017, we plan on raising there herds of hogs - one to be marketed in late spring (May), second one in summer (late August) and one for late fall (November). 1/2 or full shares are available as per below pricing. www.webermeats.com has nice description of whole hog options for cutting and processing to give you a better idea of how much meat you might receive. $150.00 non-refundable downpayment is required to purchase 1/2 or full share which will be deducted once pork is ready to be picked up from processor. 1/2 share of pork will yield approximately 75-95 lbs. of hanging weight and 65-85 lbs. of freezer meat 

$4.00/lb * hanging weight of 75-95 lbs. = $300.00 - $380.00

+ processing of approx. $80.00 - $105.00 (depending on cuts chosen)

 Approx. Total: $380.00 - $485.00

1 whole pork will yield approximately 170-200 lbs. of hanging weight and 155-180 lbs. of freezer meat

$4.00/lb * hanging weight of 170-200 lbs. = $680.00 - $800.00

+ processing of approx. $140.00 - $200.00 (depending on cuts chosen)
